While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18).

In life, what you see matters but how you see what you see matters even more. Your perspective is very important as you journey through life and destiny. Particularly as we enter the 2nd half of year 2020, you need to review your perspective. What do you see? How do you see what you see?

I know a lot has happened this year. But what has happened globally or to you personally is not as important as your perspective about it. Your problem is not actually the problem, your perspective is. When you gain the right understanding and perspective, you automatically gain mastery over life’s situation and challenges.

The same situation that you are complaining about, others are rejoicing about (Romans 5:3-5). The same problem that made some people to commit suicide, others take it as a motivation to reach unto greater heights in life and destiny. The same #Covid-19 that others are lamenting about some people are taking advantage of it to get ahead in life.

Remember that, “when men are cast down, you will say, ‘there’s lifting up'”(Job 22:29). It’s all a function of your perspective. From our opening text, we see that there are two types of sight; the visible, and the invisible. The visible talks about the obvious, the fact, that which appeals to human senses and reasoning. While the invisible talks about that which we cannot perceive with the natural senses but is real (even more real) than the visible.

The visible is perceived with the natural eye, the invisible is perceived with the spiritual eye. Thus, your perspective is determined by which of your senses is ruling your life per time; physical or spiritual? There is a difference between Fact and Truth. Fact is what is confronting you; what is explainable by science and senses. While the Truth is what God is showing or doing.

May tour eyes be open to see what God is doing this season in Jesus name!
